Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. Therefore, our services include this refund and cancellation policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your order and we will try to resolve any issues with your order. If we are not able to resolve your issues, we will give you a 100% refund.
Reasons for refund
- Refund request within 24 hours of order creation
- Service\product not delivered
- The store has technical/grammatical errors or does not function which E-brand starter cannot fix within 14 days of store delivery
- The client provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized
Reasons not eligible for refund
- Purchased a service and decide not use it
- Results of sales
- Inactivity or effort from your part resulting in poor performance
- Unsatisfied with the store design or product\s provided with your store
- Store restricted, banned, or non-accessible for reasons not directly related to E-brand starter or future Non-E-brand starter policy changes

If your refund request is granted by our team, the transaction will typically be processed within 10 days of receiving it. The refund claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment that you paid for your service.
